DescriptionJohn Sisk & Son Ltd is the largest general contracting company in Ireland. The company has offices in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Sligo and Waterford. The firm has completed major projects throughout Ireland for a wide range of clients across all sectors. The building of the Honan Chapel was the first major commission for John Sisk & Son. The firm also made the furnishings for the chapel. In his design for the pews, James F. McMullen was inspired by the motif of the arch and the chevron patterns in the architecture.
