| Description | Mary Barry is a Cork weaver who had a workshop in North Main St., Cork city. The Honan Governors, with advice from the conservation architect Richard Hurley, comissioned Barry to design a new set of vestments for use in the Honan Chapel in 1985. She took her inspiration from the colours and reflections of the stained glass windows. The set are in the liturgical colours of white, red, green and violet. |
